Spring Finally Hits Cache Valley! → March 16th, 2026

This record breaking “Winter” (If we can call it that), is finally over. With temperatures hopefully peaking into the mid-to-high 70s this week, it’s finally time to shake off the winter cobwebs and get back out into the world!

Chance for rain this week is low, but certainly never zero. Making it the perfect week to get back into the outdoors for some much awaited sunlight and warmth, especially with the local event calendar looking slim this week!

Hiding at the East end of Main Street in Hyrum, Blacksmith Fork Canyon holds a blue-ribbon trout fishing river, excellent camping and backcountry access, and some beautiful views. Now is the perfect time for a scenic drive down the canyon road in search for signs of spring!
